1. Introduction
Welcome to Beverleyskin. Beverleyskin is operated by Beverleyskin Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202444209H), a Singapore skincare company. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Beverleyskin Pte. Ltd. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2. Eligibility
Our website and services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. Individuals under 18 should only use our website with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Purchases by minors should be made by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Services and Products
Beverleyskin offers skincare products designed for various skin concerns. Our products are for personal use only and are not intended for resale. While we strive to create high-quality skincare solutions, individual results may vary.
4. Account Registration
Creating an account may be required to access certain features or make purchases on our website. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for any activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@beverleyskin.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Product Information
We work to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, and information on our site. However, Beverleyskin does not guarantee that all content is completely accurate or error-free. Any discrepancies or minor differences in product appearance due to screen settings or photography should be expected.
6. Order and Payment Terms
Pricing and currency: Singapore Dollars (SGD) is our base currency, and Singapore prices are displayed in S$. Beverleyskin is not GST-registered, so displayed prices do not include GST and no GST is charged. Shipping fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. The currency displayed at checkout is the currency in which you will be charged.
Payment methods: We accept major credit and debit cards and the other payment methods shown at checkout. For eligible direct orders, customers may arrange PayNow payment through our customer care team. Payment must be completed in full before orders are shipped.
Order cancellation: Beverleyskin reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its discretion. Reasons may include stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Beverleyskin offers complimentary standard shipping on Singapore orders of S$150 and above, and a flat shipping fee of S$5 applies to Singapore orders below S$150. The S$150 threshold applies after discounts and before shipping fees. Delivery within Singapore typically takes 1-3 business days, but actual times may vary. International shipping is available to selected countries, subject to additional fees and customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. 8. Returns and Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy [LINK: Returns & Refunds Policy] explains how returns and refunds work. The key terms are:
Return window: Returns may be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Change-of-mind returns: Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.
Contacting us first: Customers must contact our customer care team before arranging a return.
Non-eligible items: Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Promotional or clearance products clearly marked as final sale are also not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These exclusions do not affect customers' statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming products.
Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. For incorrect, damaged or defective products, Beverleyskin will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.
Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned products have been received, inspected and approved. Actual crediting times may vary depending on the payment provider.
9. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Beverleyskin handles personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). 10. Limitation of Liability
Beverleyskin and its affiliates are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from product use beyond its intended purpose. Always perform a patch test before using a new product, and consult a healthcare professional if you have known skin sensitivities or medical conditions. Beverleyskin's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Beverleyskin website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Beverleyskin or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
12. Changes to Terms of Service
