Beverleyskin Shipping Policy


1. Shipping within Singapore

   - Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

   - Delivery Time: Standard delivery within Singapore takes 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, or peak holiday seasons.

   - Shipping Fees: 

      - For orders above SGD 200: Free standard shipping within Singapore.

      - For orders below SGD 200: A flat shipping fee of SGD 5 will apply.

   - Express Shipping: Express delivery options are available at an additional cost. Please refer to the checkout page for current express shipping fees and estimated delivery times.


2. International Shipping

   - Availability: Beverleyskin offers international shipping to selected countries. Please check at checkout if your country is listed as an eligible destination.

   - Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during peak times.

   - Delivery Time: International shipping times vary by location and carrier. Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days, but customs delays may affect this timeline.

   - Shipping Fees: International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Shipping costs will be displayed before completing the purchase.

   - Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Beverleyskin is not liable for any delays or charges due to customs clearance.


3. Order Tracking

   - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your order’s progress on the carrier’s website.

   - Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.


4. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

   - Incorrect Address: Beverleyskin is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before placing an order.

   - Unclaimed Packages: Orders that are unclaimed and returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up from a carrier’s location may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

   - Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly. Beverleyskin is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
